Early Victorian Mahogany Sideboard c1850
Welcome to Mersham Manor Antiques.
A good quality Victorian mahogany sideboard.
c1850.
The inverted breakfront top, is over an arrangement of three drawers and two cupboards. The cupboard doors are fronted with decorative oval panels, having pretty carved floral motifs.
The left drawer is sectioned for cutlery. This is over a single cupboard with central slide.. The opposing cupboard has a cellarette drawer, with open space above.
Lovely rich, deep colour to the mahogany.
The condition overall is very good antique condition, with general expected signs of age and use. Minor marks to the top. The sideboard would of originally had a back up-stand, this has been removed at some point.
Solid, sturdy and strong.

Depth-61cm.
