This is a beautiful chandelier dating from the early 20th century but I have a feeling that the glass icicles are much earlier due to their quality. I rarely see icicles of this quality as they are extremely sparkly.

The top has an unusual and very heavy brass acanthus leaf corona from which the drops hang.
