This unusual mahogany Dutch marquetry whatnot is inlaid with satinwood, boxwood and various stained woods. The top with 2 flaps which are supported by 2 pulls each side when opened. The drawer with brass handles and working lock and key, below are 2 tiers with oval marquetry panels, the whole standing on turned columns with further marquetry inlay. In good useable condition with slight signs of shrinkage to some of the marquetry flowers.
Sizes - Height 32.25''..82cm. Depth 15.25''..38.5cm. Width when open 39''..99cm. Width closed 19.5cm..50cm. More photos available.
