This superb early 19th century circular mahogany tilt-top table is inlaid with alternating mahogany, rosewood and bird's-eye maple. The center features an inlaid tea caddy image with a shell inlaid top, appearing to Stand on the table when the top is laid flat. The tabletop is supported with a hexagonal central column on a triform base and carved claw feet. It measures 39 ½ in – 100.3 cm in diameter and 32 in – 81.3 cm high. This ornate table would truly make a spectacular focal point for a wide range of rooms and settings. Thomas Crabb Antiques was founded in 1979 and is run by Stephen Roy Thomas.
