Early 18th Century Celtic Carved Oak Sideboard

This is a very fine early carved piece, the piece is a shelved cupboard, with drawers and a shelf at the top
The carved doors have centre panels carved with the heads of warriors, these are bordered by Mythical guardians on each side, and in the top section we have the shelf supported by bearded men
The carving is exceptionally fine and in the Celtic style

The Sideboard is in very good condition, the back has been fixed to the base to give it rigidity, this piece has been cared for and valued all of its life and it has a wonderful patina
The Dresser is 48” wide, 22”deep and 60”high
