A very impressive Victorian Burr Walnut Chiffonier with its original equally impressive mirror back. The overall condition of this Credenza style chiffonier is great and the detail is much better than most available. At 18ins deep it may suit a position where space is not too plentiful as its a little less deep than some similar pieces of antique furniture, but of course it can go anywhere. All the glasses are original and in good condition for the age with only a tiny amount of blemish over the last 100 plus years,and the graining in the walnut is really impressive. The marble is original and is in good condition around the edge where there is often chipping.....
This has not been re French polished as the colour is good and so is the finish, we have just given this a good clean and a rewaxing. . Certainly helps to keep the price at a keen level........sorry now sold............
