Bergere chair late 1800s/early 1900s reupholstered and covered in Colefax and Fowler fabric
The seat cushion has been traditionally reupholstered with new webbing,hessian,coir,washed horsehair and an under covering of calico
The caning is original and is in good condition

This chair is a very useful extra chair for Christmas festivities as it is very easy to move around as well as being sturdy I have been an upholsterer for 20 years with qualifications in upholstery and soft furnishings at City&Guild level
