Art Nouveau Open Chair - Excellent Condition - c1890
This pleasing open chair is crafted in Walnut and in good antique order throughout.
With nicely carved Art Nouveau styling to the balloon shaped rear the piece has great appeal. The chair rides upon cabriole legs to the front which are carved to the knee and side detailed.
The chair is of a good build quality and will make a good hallway, office, desk, lounge or bedroom piece.
The chair offers a nice seat height at 47cm, is well sprung and is a comfortable place to rest.
The seat is covered with a quality textile which is cleanly presented.
