This antique 19th century cast iron bed is a most unusual find. At 4ft wide it has great flexibility. Great for a guest room which could sleep one with great space or squeeze two. It is in reality fantastic for a young person, it is well made and as mentioned a bit different. Super detailing in the casting and a really good shape. It is actually a 3/4 size at 4ft wide and 6ft long. It has been cleaned and refinished in a modern colour, the silver grey, and is ready for a new occupant. Comes to pieces easily for transport. Needs a mattress of course and a base, this can be timber lats or a sprung base, very much depends upon your personal choice. Great price in this very tidy condition. We have been in business for 40 years and are now coming up to retirement. We are in consequence looking to reduce our stock, Delivery can be arranged with a specialist carrier for around £70 to most areas. We now open by appointment, but we are often open Fridays and Saturdays, but cannot guarantee,( our sign will be out if passing ) it is worth ringing before coming.Tel 01565 874075
