An excellent antique Victorian spoon back armchair with a very well made solid mahogany frame. This was made in England & dates from around the 1850-1860’s period.

The quality is fantastic, it is very well designed and is also extremely comfortable. The solid mahogany framed is very well carved and has a sweeping look. The scroll over arms are beautifully curved and have padded upholstery, this sits on original porcelain casters.

We have had this re-upholstered in our cream cotton fabric, the wood has a gorgeous patina and colour tone. The overall condition is excellent for its age.
