A charming little Edwardian jewelry or ring box, made from sterling silver with a full English hallmark for the highly collectible Chester assay office and the date letter for the year 1906. The makers initials are also present for Joseph and Richard Griffin.

The box stands on four very elegant legs and is decorated all over with an embossed or repousse design. The hinged lid opens to reveal the original silk and velvet lining still in very good condition.

A lovely little box in superb condition. 3 5/8" x 1 5/8" x 1 3/8" high.
