Antique pair oak & velvet Savonarola CHAIRS throne
An unusual pair of solid oak Savonarola chairs.
Green, yellow and cream velvet upholstery in very good condition, with large studs.
The upholstery colour best seen in photo 6.
Oak has simple triangular carving on the uprights and knob finials.
Very good solid chairs throughout.
They measure 84cms tall by 63cms wide across the arms by 55cms deep.
The seat height is 43cms and the seat width is 48cms.
Super condition for age, some nibbles to the oak on the U shape on the front.
One small patch of woodworm holes on the U of one chair, fully treated.
One small parting at the join on the back U of the other chair.
One small split on the floor X.
