Antique Mahogany Leather Top Pedestal Desk
A smart and very well made antique mahogany leather top pedestal desk. This was made in England, it dates from aroun the 1920’s.
The quality is fantastic, this has a lovely serpentine shaed front, high quality brass ring pull handles and it sits on splayed bracket feet. The mahogany grain patterns and colour tones are gorgeous throughout, the back is also nicely finished, so this can be used as a free standing item.
We have had this recently re-polished, the leather top has been hand coloured and tooled around the edges. The condition is excellent for its age, with only some extremely minor wear remaining beneath the polish here and there.
