Antique Mahogany Lambing or Library Chair
Antique Late Victorian Winged Mahogany Lambing or Library Chair and dating from around 1890. Constructed from solid mahogany this unusual chair has a carved and shaped top above a deep leather padded back rest and with leather seat pad both edged with original studs. The high winged shaped sides leading to shaped armrests to one side of which there is a small fold down table. To the front of the chair is a beautifully shaped frieze.
Measures 46" high x seat height 15" x 22" deep x 28" wide
In very good condition with lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our antique furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
