Antique Italian Burr Walnut Kingsize Bed c1920
Antique Italian Burr Walnut Kingsize Bed and dating from around c1920. Constructed from quality Burr walnut it has a serpentine shaped headboard with a moulded and carved edge and central carved and pierced cartouche. The footboard is serpentine shaped with a moulded and carved top rail and curved corners with a moulded and carved rail to the bottom.It stands on carved cabriole legs and has its original moulded wooden side rails.
Takes a kingsize mattress.

Measures 50" high to headboard x 31" high to footboard x 82" long x 60" wide .
In very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our antique furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
