Antique Gun Metal Triple Date Pocket Watch
Antique gun metal triple date pocket watch.
The watch has a Swiss stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover which has a few scratches from where it has been opened in the past.
The watch measures 52mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gun metal. There are the usual marks associated with gun metal cases but overall the condition is good.
The glass lens is in lovely condition.
The enamel dial has a small patch of damage beneath the subsidiary seconds dial and a few hairline cracks but they are faint.
Four subsidiary dials, one for constant seconds and the others for day, date and month. Each is set by the small button by the side of each subsidiary dial. Important: the time must be well away from 12 midnight when any of the dials are changed manually.
The moonphase is going round and working but cannot be changed with the small button.
Pin-set hands.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
