Antique Edwardian Wing Back Armchair c1900
Antique Edwardian Mahogany Wing Back Armchair and dating from around 1900. Constructed from quality mahogany it has deep wing sides with show front mahogany edge and a deep padded button down back rest and stuff over seat. It has lovely scrolled armrests with mahogany front supports leading to shaped cabriole legs. The chair has been completely recovered in a quality beige/fawn moquet fabric having kept its original springs etc and is extremely comfortable to sit in.
Measures 40" high x seat height 16.5" x 28" deep x 31" wide
In very good condition and the mahogany with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our antique furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
