Antique silver compact mirror Czechoslovakian solid silver compact

The most adorable solid silver Czechoslovakian in superb condition. Such an elegant & petite compact it makes an ideal silver wedding gift or christening present - something that will make her remember you when she is older. The lid is exquisitely beautiful - complex guilloche engraving & bright-cut details which shimmer in the light. It is fully hallmarked on the lid, mirror bezel & base. All clasps & hinges work perfectly. The bevelled mirror is excellent & gives a perfect reflection. The interior is also delightfully pretty with engravings surrounding the mirror & powder well.The original sifter is in place and so it may still be used with powder today. The base is decorated with an attractive engine turned design of vertical lines.
