A Georgian silver pair cased pocket watch by Bartley & Eggert of Bristol. A silver hallmarked case for 1809 with old watch repairers label from Barnsley. A fine quality verge fusee escapement with finely pierced back cock and numbered 907. An enamel dial with original brass hands.

Bartley and Eggert were makers of antique clocks and watches and are recorded as working as a partnership until 1814.
