A Victorian Swivelling Walnut Office Chair or Desk Chair

The Chair has an attractive wrap around back the top rail curves down forming the arm rests, and supported on chunky turned uprights. The chair has a new dark blue leather studied seat and it sits on a sturdy 4 legged base which has iron reinforcing, this is quite original.

The chair is heavy and sturdy and it is very Comfortable
This Attractive Chair dates from the late 19th Century and has a wonderful patina, it is very sound but has been attacked by woodworm in the past, this is now all treated and dead
The back of the chair is 32” from the ground, the seat height is 19” and it is 24” wide
