A Pair of Large Oriental Root Carving Lamps

These are good large pieces, the finely carved statues are set into a gnarled old root stump. The Characters have a curled beards and piercing glass eyes, who know what these have seen?
The hard wood carving is in good condition, they have purpose made stained glass lantern lampshades these are in the arts and crafts style
The statues are 24” high, and 7” wide and deep
