A beautiful George III silver basket, with pierced decoration of swags, a rope twist handle, on a tapering base, London 1775,
This is a beautiful antique solid sterling silver sugar basket measuring 8 cms) across the top, and 7.5 high to the top and it's in super condition with no damage or ware
It comes complete with the blue glass liner with no chips or damage, the silver alone weighs 81 grams - there are no inscriptions or monograms.
It's hallmarked for London 1775 with the silversmith's mark for the JH
