6 x Art Deco Silver Teaspoons, Docker & Burn, 1926

This is a good quality cased set of six Art Deco Sterling Silver Teaspoons. The spoons are double struck with a stepped line pattern around the full length of the stems. There are no initials or personalisation of any kind.
The teaspoons are made in Birmingham by Docker & Burn and date to 1926. Founded around 1920, Docker & Burn made a range of silver tableware and flatware up until the early 1930s.
Condition is very good, with no dings or dents and just the superficial surface wear that you would expect after around 95 years of use. The box is in good condition with just a few small marks on the inside of the lid. Please make sure to view all the photographs.
Each spoon is 10.8cm / 4.2ins long and the set of six together, uncased, weighs in at a respectable 62.3g / 2.2oz of solid Sterling Silver.
The hallmarks, on the underside of the stems, are well struck and clear to read. They show the lion passant for Sterling Silver, the anchor assay mark for Birmingham, the date letter B for 1926 and the D & B makers' mark for Docker & Burn.
Shipping in the UK is £6 by Royal Mail Tracked 24.
