A Beautiful 19th Century mahogany cylinder bureau.

The plain top with reeded edge over a plain cylinder with ebonised handles.

The interior opening to reveal a pull out interior with drawers and pigeonholes.

The central recess cupboard door enclosing a shelf.

Flanked by two banks of four drawers, one bearing label "T & G Seddon No. 12 London House, Aldersgate Street" raised on plinth base to casters.
Working keys to all locks.

The firm T & G Seddon were reknowned as makers of fine quality antique furniture. They were awarded a Royal warrant in 1832 following their partnership with Nicholas Morel to refurnish Windsor Castle.
