19C Victorian carved mahogany armchair chair spoon back
Antique 19C Victorian carved mahogany armchair chair spoon back.
Quality, attractive and well made armchair, with no loose joints or wobbles.
There are some historical knocks / repairs to the legs and the castors have been removed, but all is solid and strong now.
Great proportions and styling, which would look amazing in the right location.
The seat upholstery is not new, with light wear and minor marks.
Overall maximum dimensions
66cmW x 90cmD x 97cmH (36cmH seat when sat on).
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique furniture of this age. Historical repairs, as is the norm, but all is solid now. We have not inspected components concealed beneath the upholstery, but the seat is quite comfortable without the typical lumps and bumps of an antique chair.
