Dating to a simpler era before body armour and flashing blue lights, our pontificating papier mache Police Constable ponders pensively before scribbling in pencil in his pocket book.

He has survived the rigours of the beet very well with just some paint loss to his gloves.

Otherwise pensive PC Plod is practically perfect.
