A 1926 Elgin screw case pocket watch. A Nickeloid case made by Keystone Watch Case Co. USA. A 7 jewel, grade 293 mechanism made by Elgin. A large case with screw front and back, similar in design to the Elgin 'Railroad' pocket watches. Serial numbers date this watch to 1926.
