Maker's mark for William James Dingley, Warstone Lane, Birmingham.
Hallmark visible in four places along with the stamp "Dingley Birmingham"
No hallmark visible on the piece attached to the ribbon and the back of that piece is inaccessible.

As A Mark of Their High Esteem
And Personal Regard & Also As A
Recognition of His Valuable Services
In The Chair During the Year 1922-5922

Approximate dimensions: length 11cm, weight of jewel 25.6g, estimated gold weight excluding piece pinned to ribbon 20g, boxed weight 135.7g.
The original box does show a lot of exterior scuffs but it is sound.
The interior is in very good condition.
The jewel is in excellent condition.
