Antique Quality C1800 Mahogany Writing table desk
Antique Fine Quality 1800s Inlaid Mahogany Writing Table, also serving as a desk or dressing table, showcasing a classical Georgian design. Recently restored, the finishes are well-preserved.
This exceptional piece features solid construction with no loose joints, radiating character and charm, making it a rare and alluring discovery. The drawer functions smoothly, offering practical storage.
Crafted with selected mahogany veneers on a mixed wood construction, including a solid mahogany top and legs, it exudes an enchanting aesthetic.
Measuring 87cm in width, 49cm in depth, and standing at a height of 73cm (with a knee hole measuring 58.5cm), this versatile desk suits various spaces. The absence of a key and untested lock does not compromise its functionality.
In very good antique condition, it bears historic knocks, marks, cracks, repairs, wear, imperfections and alterations, including a few treated historic extinct woodworm holes. Additionally, remnants of a secret lock are present, though no longer functional.
Identified by stock number 8531, this item comes with a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.
We offer competitive shipping rates for both domestic and overseas destinations, ensuring prompt door-to-door service. Sale up to 30% off marked prices
